CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30274 with TKDA for professional engineering services for the 2020 and 2021 Street Preservation project be amended to include additional design and construction inspection services for the 2021 Street Preservation project, and the 2022 Street Preservation and Chip Seal projects, and to increase the amount by $151,100 for a new total of $575,800, payable as follows:
$20,000 440-038-5530, SIP2021-1693 (Street Improvement Fund, Public Works and Utilities, Improvements other than Buildings; 2021 Street Preservation)
$131,100 440-038-5530, SIP2022-1694 (Street Improvement Fund, Public Works and Utilities, Improvements other than Buildings; 2022 Street Preservation)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30274 with TKDA in the amount of $151,100. This amendment is necessary due to the additional design and construction inspection services for the 2021 Street Preservation project, and adding design and construction inspection services for the 2022 Street Preservation and Chip Seal projects.
Payable out of Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Public Works & Utilities), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city projects 1693 and 1694.
