RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF DULUTH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER IV, SECTION 19, OF THE DULUTH HOME RULE CHARTER.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute and implement the employment contract, attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Noah Schuchman covering January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the provisions of resolution 18-0739 are hereby superseded by this resolution.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution establishes the employment contract
offered to the current appointed chief administrative officer to include the following: base salary at existing salary level; benefits offered to City of Duluth Confidential Unit employees, and; salary increases by percentage to match the City of Duluth Supervisory Association (“CDSA”) wage increase for the year on January 1, each year of this contract or upon council approval of the collective bargaining agreement with CDSA for that year.
