CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30035 with American Engineering Testing for Geotechnical and Materials Testing services for the city Engineering Division for various capital projects be increased in year 4 (2021) by $2,000 for a new total of $52,000. This will be payable from various appropriate funds, departments, agencies and objects, city project no. 1722.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends Master Services Agreement L30035 with American Engineering Testing. The annual maximum amount for 2021 will be increased from $50,000 to $52,000. This increase is necessary because testing requirements for this year have slightly exceeded anticipated amounts for several projects.
