CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from the County of St. Louis, on behalf of the State of Minnesota, a perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the property legally described and depicted on Exhibit A attached to Exhibit 1 for $150.00.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from County of St. Louis, on behalf of the State of Minnesota over, under, and across tax-forfeited property located in the Piedmont neighborhood for $150.00. There is an existing utility that does not have an easement over it, and the acceptance of this easement cures the City’s title issue.
