CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following on sale wine license, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
Haralu Corp (Duluth India Palace) to Tagyal Corp (Duluth India Palace), same address.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Tagjyal Corp (Duluth India Palace) for transfer of the on sale wine license of Haralu Corp. has been reviewed by the Duluth police department, and was recommended for approval by the alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission at their December 1, 2021, meeting.
