CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for project S.A.P. 069-637-027 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the construction of County State Aid Highway 37 (Jean Duluth Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to make road improvements on Jean Duluth Road from just north of Glenwood Street to just north of Zimmerman Road. This project includes resurfacing, aggregate shouldering, and edgeline and centerline rumble strips. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans.
