CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following off sale brewery license for the period ending August 31, 2022, subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval by the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Warrior Brewing Company, LLC. (Warrior Brewing Company) - Application for an off-sale brewery license for 2711 West Superior Street, Suite 204.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their April 6th meeting and recommended approving the application, subject to departmental approvals.
