CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Ulland Brothers, Inc. for the 21^st Avenue East Reconstruction project in the amount of $2,722,950, payable out of Permanent Improvement fund 411, Department/Agency 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1993, S.A.P. 118-152-016.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the 21^st Avenue East Reconstruction project by Ulland Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $2,722,950. Ulland Brothers, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder out of the three companies that responded.  The engineer’s estimate was $2,534,910.95.  Payable out of Permanent Improvement fund 411, Department/Agency 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1993, S.A.P. 118-152-016, requisition no. 22-99396.
