RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to contract with Groebner & Associates, Inc. (Groebner) for the purchase of gas meters in the amount of $50,612.24, payable from 520-500-1940-2410-5227 (gas, Public Works and Utilities, customer services, service, utility systems mtc supplies).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the sole source purchase of 448 gas meters from Groebner in the amount of $50,612.24 plus shipping.
Groebner is the regional authorized supplier of Rockwell size 275 and 415 gas meters and 2# red indexes for gas meters used in new construction, replacement, repair and inventory in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance manual.
