RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Duluth Superior Pride (Duluth Superior Pride Festival) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for September 3, 2022 at Bayfront Festival Park, 350 Harbor Drive.
GND Development Alliance (Brews and Boards) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for June 9th, 2022 at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, 506 West Michigan Street.
Ronald McDonald House Charities (Brew Love North 2022) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for August 11, 2022 at the Greysolon Ballroom, 231 East Superior Street.
Duluth Airshow Wings Foundation (Duluth Oktoberfest) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for September 16-18, 2022 at Bayfront Festival Park, 350 Harbor Drive.
Duluth Airshow Wings Foundation (Duluth Airshow) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for July 16-17, 2022 at the Duluth International Airport, 4701 Grinden Drive.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and unanimously recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 5, 2022 meeting.
