CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2022, subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval by the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Up North Taps, LLC. (7 West Taphouse) - Application for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for 7 West Superior Street

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application and recommended approval, subject to departmental approvals.
