RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with PEC Solutions LLC dba Parsons Electric for the Lift Station 17 Improvements project in the amount of $183,450.00, payable out of Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund 530, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvement - Revenue), city project no. 1666.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the Lift Station 17 Improvements Project to PEC Solutions LLC dba Parsons Electric in the amount of $183,450.00. PEC Solutions LLC dba Parsons Electric was the lowest responsible bidder of the two companies that responded. Payable from Sanitary Utility Fund 530, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvement - Revenue), city project no. 1666, requisition no. 22-99400. The engineer’s estimate was $200,000.
