CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proposed specifications for the new civil service classification of master electrician - property & facilities (attached as Exhibit A), which were approved by the civil service board on April 5, 2022, are approved. This classification shall be subject to the city's collective bargaining agreement with its basic unit employees; and that pay range for said classification shall be Range 34, pay rate of $66,785 to $78,234 per year.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The new classification of master electrician - property & facilities has been created to accurately describe the work that is required in this division. The pay range negotiated for the classification is Range 34, pay rate of $66,785 to $78,234 per year.
