RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment, attached as Exhibit A, to agreement L30530 with Design Workshop, Inc. for Duluth Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Planning services for an additional amount not to exceed $10,000, payable from fund 205-130-1220-5310-CM205-MISCPK-21MSTR (Parks Fund, Community Resources, Parks Capital, Contract Services, Capital Maintenance Fund, Miscellaneous Parks, 2021 Parks Master Plan), and extending the timeline for completion until October 30, 2022.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to an existing agreement, attached as Exhibit A, with Design Workshop, Inc. for Duluth Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Planning services. The original agreement was to terminate on June 30, 2022 and will be extended until October 30, 2022. The amendment provides for an additional amount of up to $10,000 to accommodate the added scope and time, for a new contract amount not to exceed $213,275.
