CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 30579 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Bridge L6127 and Stone Wall rehabilitation services, be amended to include construction engineering and administration services as detailed in the attached proposal, and to increase the amount by $37,740.50 for a new total of $69,654.50, payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, Department 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1923.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract 30579 with LHB, Inc. by $37,740.50. This amendment is necessary to add construction engineering and construction administration services to the project. The project involves making repairs to the Twin Ponds bridge and the retaining walls adjacent to the bridge, and is anticipated to be under construction during the summer of 2022. Payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, Department 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1923.
