CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for project S.A.P. 069-656-030 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the construction of County State Aid Highway 56 (Morris Thomas Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to make road improvements on Morris Thomas Road from Haines Road to Piedmont Avenue. This project includes pavement reclamation and utility improvements. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans. Construction will take place in 2023.
