RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:

Duluth Library Foundation (Learning and Libations at the Library) - September 17^th at 520 West Superior Street.

Minnesota Craft Brewer’s Guild (All Pints North) - July 30^th at Bayfront Festival Park, 350 Harbor Drive.                     

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and unanimously recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their June 1, 2022 meeting.
