CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2022, subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval by the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Margaritas, LLC (Margaritas) - Application for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for 4602 Grand Avenue
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their June 1 meeting and recommended approving the application, subject to departmental approvals.
