RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE WINE LICENSE AND ON SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale wine licenses and 3.2 percent malt liquor licenses for the period ending August 31, 2022, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Duluth Coffee Company, Inc. (Duluth Coffee Company), 105 East Superior Street.
The Greater Fool, LLC (Amazing Grace Café), 394 South Lake Avenue.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed these applications at their June meeting and unanimously recommended them for approval by the commission, subject to departmental approvals.
