CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, which is levied to collect delinquent solid waste collection fees owed totaling $348,001.73 for the period of March 1, 2021, to June 1, 2022, as provided for in Chapter 24 of the City Charter, is hereby confirmed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms assessments for delinquent solid waste collection fees owed totaling $348,001.73 for the period of March 1, 2021, to June 1, 2022.
