CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following off sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2022, subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval by the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Target Corporation (Target Store T-0004) - Application for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for 1902 Miller Trunk Highway.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at a special meeting and recommended approving the application, subject to departmental approvals.
