RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE REVOCATION OF THE TAXI LICENSE HELD BY JOJO’S TAXI, LLC, YELLOW CAB TAXI.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city council does find as follow:
(a) JoJo’s Taxi, LLC, Yellow Cab Taxi failed to comply with the City of Duluth’s Taxi Cab license requirements.
Therefore, the taxi license will be revoked.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution affirms administrations decision to revoke the taxi cab license for JoJo’s Taxi, LLC, Yellow Cab Taxi.
