CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city found find the following:
(a) JoJo’s Taxi, LLC, Yellow Cab Taxi, was operating within the City of Duluth Taxi Cab Licensing requirements.
Therefore, JoJo’s Taxi, LLC, Yellow Cab Taxi is granted the return of their license
