CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of the following projects are hereby confirmed and interest for these contracts are set at 3.73 percent for contract 2022008.
Sidewalk repairs at the following locations:
a. 2131 E Superior St
b. 2220 W 13th St
c. 4701 Jay St
d. 501 E 11th St
e. 5230 Juniata St
f. 6031 London Rd
g. 7801 Vinland Ave
h. 826 Dickerman Ave
i. 4428 Jay St
The total assessable amount of this project (Finance Contract 2022008 - Fund 440) is $13,990.28.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessment of sidewalk repairs done at the request of property owners in 2021; signed agreements are on file in the finance department. Original estimates and final costs are included in assessment roll, attached as Exhibit A.
