RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Duluth Children’s Museum (A Night at the Brewseum) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for October 15, 2022 at 2125 West Superior Street.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and unanimously recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their August 3, 2022 meeting.
