CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that resolution 22-0600 is rescinded and the proper city officials are authorized to enter an agreement, substantially in the form of attached Exhibit A, with Churches United in Ministry (“CHUM”) granting up to $150,000 to CHUM, acting as fiscal sponsor for Stepping On Up, for public infrastructure assistance for outdoor living zones on private property and warming centers in the city of Duluth, payable from fund no. 110-700-7450-5310.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution rescinds resolution 22-0600 and authorizes city officials to utilize city funds to support CHUM, acting as fiscal sponsor for Stepping On Up, in providing public infrastructure assistance for outdoor living zones on private property and warming centers in the city of Duluth.
