SERVICE, WINE, ON AND OFF SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR, BREWERY ON AND OFF SALE, MICRODISTILLERY ON AND OFF SALE, AND LATE HOUR ENTERTAINMENT LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING SEPTEM-BER 1, 2022, AND ENDING AUGUST 31, 2023.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the renewal and issuance of on and off sale intoxicating liquor, on sale theater, on sale Sunday intoxicating liquor, additional bars, on and off sale 3.2 percent malt liquor, wine, 2:00 a.m. service, brewery on and off sale, microdistillery on and off sale, and late hours entertainment licenses, for the period beginning September 1, 2022, and ending August 31, 2023, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes, as provided in the Duluth City Code, as listed on attachment A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: At the August 3rd Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco commission meeting the commission unanimously approved said renewals, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of all applicable taxes.
