CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that resolution 22-0471 for Alliiance to provide architectural design services for Spirit Mountain upper chalet be amended to include work scope extensions as detailed in the attached proposal, and to increase the amount by $3,000 for a new total of $160,690, payable from fund 450-030-5319-CP450-22BOND-SPIRIT.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends resolution 22-0471 for Alliiance to provide Architectural Design for predesign of the upper chalet at Spirit Mountain to increase the amount by $3,000 to a new total of $160,690. The amendment is necessary to incorporate more robust participation of Bull Stockwell Allen Architects, a nationally recognized consultant with a specialization in designing outdoor recreation day lodges like the Spirit Mountain upper chalet. Spirit Mountain Recreation Authority will reimburse the City for the $3000 additive cost that would result from this amendment.
