CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale wine license and 3.2 percent malt liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2023, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Vitta Pizza, Inc. (Vitta Pizza), 23 West Central Entrance
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed these applications at their September meeting and unanimously recommended them for approval by the commission, subject to departmental approvals.
