CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30037 with EPC Engineering & Testing for Geotechnical and Materials Testing services for the city Engineering Division for various capital projects be increased in year 5 (2022) by $45,000 for a new total of $545,000. This will be payable from various appropriate funds, departments, agencies and objects, city project no. 1722.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends Master Services Agreement L30037 with EPC Engineering & Testing. The annual maximum amount for 2022 will be increased from $90,000 to $135,000. This increase is necessary because testing requirements for this year have exceeded anticipated amounts for several projects, including the street preservation project (1694), the Michigan Street gas and water utility project (1328) and the Hidden Valley water main replacement project (1367).
