CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with TKDA for engineering services for Devonshire Street Reconstruction project, from Atlantic Avenue westerly, and Lincoln Park Safe Routes to School Improvements project for an amount not to exceed $55,700 payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, City Project 2101.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design and bidding services for Devonshire Street Reconstruction, from Atlantic Ave westerly, and Lincoln Park Safe Routes to School Improvements project to TKDA for an amount not to exceed $55,700, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411. City water, sanitary sewer, Fund 290 and 291, and State funds will be used for the project. City project number 2101, S.A.P 118-591-009.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project, and received four proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, TKDA has been recommended for award of this project.
