CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with LHB, Inc. for engineering services for the First Avenue East Reconstruction project, from Superior Street to Third Street, for an amount not to exceed $719,030 payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, City Project number 2100.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design, bidding, and construction services for the First Avenue East reconstruction project, from Superior Street to Third Street, for an amount not to exceed $719,030 payable from Street Improvement Fund 440. City water, sanitary sewer, Fund 540, storm water, street lighting, and city street sales tax funds will all be used for the project. City project number 2100.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project, and received two proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, LHB has been recommended for award of this project.
