CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with Northland Consulting Engineers, LLP for engineering services for the Chester Park Drive Alley reconstruction project, from 17th Avenue East to 18th Avenue East, for an amount not to exceed $65,740, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, City Project number 2102.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design and bidding services for the Chester Park Drive alley reconstruction project, from 17th Avenue East to 18th Avenue East, for an amount not to exceed $65,740, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411. City water, sanitary sewer and storm water funds and Fund 290 will all be used for this project. City project number 2102.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project, and received three proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, Northland Consulting has been recommended for award of this project.
