CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from the Dale Maynard Johnson Trust Under Agreement Dated September 18, 2003, a perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the real property described on Exhibit B to the attached Exhibit 1 and depicted on Exhibit C to the attached Exhibit 1. 

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from the Dale Maynard Johnson Trust Under Agreement Dated September 18, 2003 (the “Trust”) over, under, and across certain property in the Norton Park neighborhood for nominal consideration.  The utility easement is located within the plat of Riverwest development and is needed in connection with the upcoming project for CIC Plat #151.
