CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. for additional professional services for a stormwater equipment residential unit (ERU) value determination study, for an increase of $10,000, and a new total not to exceed $45,200, payable from 535-500-1905-5535 (stormwater, public works and utilities, capital [incl deprec/debt svc], non-capital improvements).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to the agreement with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. for additional professional services for a stormwater equipment residential unit (ERU) value determination study. The additional services are needed due to the complexity of the project and additional staff time required to comply with a pending City lawsuit regarding the Storm Utility billing process.
