CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with LHB, Inc. for engineering design services for the Brighton Beach Road reconstruction project in an amount not to exceed $75,600, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, city project no. 1940.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for engineering design services for the Brighton Beach Road project for an amount not to exceed $75,600, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411. Street system maintenance, city street sales tax, state park road account and FEMA funds will all be used for the project. City project no. 1940.
LHB, Inc. has been working with the Engineering Division and the Parks & Recreation Division on other Brighton Beach projects and is very familiar with the site, so they were selected for the design services for this project. A copy of LHB, Inc.’s proposal is attached.
