CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from Dirt, Inc., a perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the real property legally described and depicted on Exhibit B to the attached Exhibit 1.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from Dirt, Inc. over, under, and across certain property in the Duluth Heights neighborhood for nominal consideration. The utility easement is needed in connection with the upcoming housing project for CIC Plat #152 (Cottage Hill Common Interest Community) located off of Decker Road.
