CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following off-sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
D.A. Fitzpatrick to Keyport Holdings (Keyport Liquor), 2530 London Road
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Keyport Holdings for the transfer of the on sale intoxicating liquor license of D.A. Fitzpatrick was reviewed by the Duluth police department and was recommended for approval by the alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission at their November, 2022, meeting.
