RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN OFF SITE GAMBLING PERMIT TO THE NORTHERN PINE RIDERS.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council hereby approves of the Minnesota gambling control board issuing an off site gambling permit to the Northern Pine Riders for an event to be held on November 18, 2022.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Minnesota gambling control board immediately after its passage.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of the Loyola Booster Club was reviewed by the police department and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their November, 2022 meeting.
