CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Dakota Supply Group for the purchase of brass water service fittings for 2023 projects for a total amount not to exceed $162,548.14, payable as follows:

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the award of a contract with Dakota Supply Group for the purchase of brass water service fittings needed for 2023 capital improvement water utility projects for an amount not to exceed $162,548.14, payable from water utility capital improvement funds.
Purchasing issued an invitation to bid on November 2, 2022, and received one bid as listed below. Dakota Supply Group submitted the only responsive bid.
