CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with LHB, Inc. for engineering services for the Chester Creek Culvert Replacement Project on Norton and Thurber Roads for an amount not to exceed $104,651.25, payable from 535-500-1905-5533, UtilB-2112 (stormwater, Public Works and Utilities, capital (incl deprec/debt svc), non-capital improvements; utility projects budgeted, design, const. plans, permitting 3 rd crossings Chester Creek).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design and bidding services for the Chester Creek Culvert Replacement Project on Norton and Thurber Roads for an amount not to exceed $104,651.25. City storm funds will be used for this Engineering Project Number 2112.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project, and received four proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, LHB, Inc. has been recommended for award of this project.
