CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement in the form substantially attached as Exhibit A with Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, for professional consulting services relating to insurance matters for an estimated annual amount not to exceed $60,000, payable from funds as follows:

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement, substantially in the form as that attached as Exhibit A, for professional consulting services relating to insurance matters, including brokering property and boiler insurance to protect City property and general advice regarding insurance and the insurance industry.
