RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Performing Arts Student Scholarship Foundation (Zack Ross Celebration of Life) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for February 11 at Sacred Heart Music Center
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed by the Duluth police department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their January, 2023 meeting.
