CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2023, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Minnesota Ballet (Duluth Ballet, Inc), 506 West Michigan Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission and the Duluth Police Department have reviewed this application and unanimously recommended them for approval by the commission, subject to departmental approvals.
