CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute a snow removal agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Attachment 1, between the city of Duluth, Birchwood Apartments of Duluth Developer, LLC, and CCHC Mental Health, LLC, affecting the real estate legally described in Exhibits B and C of Attachment 1.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes city officials to enter into a snow removal agreement for the portion of the public road area shown on Exhibit A of the agreement. Birchwood and CCHC will plow and salt the private areas and parking spaces abutting the public road areas shown on Exhibit A of Attachment 1.
