CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to purchase eight 2024 Ford Police Interceptors from Tenvoorde Ford, Inc in the amount of $342,199.02 on Minnesota State Contract 158505, Release A-174(5), payable from fund 250-015-2024-5580; CE250-V2402 (capital equipment; Public Administration; fiscal year - 2024; capital equipment; capital equipment fund 250; police department vehicles and equipment).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the purchase of eight 2024 Ford Police Interceptors from Tenvoorde Ford, Inc in the amount of $342,199.04, pricing from Minnesota State Contract 158505, Release A-174(5).
This purchase will allow for the replacement of eight marked police vehicles that are between seven and ten years old.
