CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from Park Point Land Co., LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, a perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under and across the real property legally described and depicted on Exhibit A to the attached Exhibit 1, at no cost to the city.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from Park Point Land Co., LLC over, under, and across certain real property, at no cost to the City. The easement area is located within the 700 block of Lake Ave. S. on Park Point. The easement is needed in connection with the public sanitary sewer system.
