CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Ulland Brothers, Inc. for the 2024 Street Preservation Project, City Project Number 2090, in the amount of $8,181,240.00. The working fund for this project is Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City Project no. 2090.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the 2024 Street Preservation project by Ulland Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $8,181,240.00. Ulland Brothers, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the two companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $9,353,596.20. The working fund for this project is Street Improvement Fund 440, Department 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City Project no. 2090, requisition no. 24-99358. Payable from Street Improvement Sales Tax Fund 291, Street Systems Maintenance Fund 290, and Stormwater Utility Fund 535.
