RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Ronald McDonald House Charities - Upper Midwest (Brew Love North); August 1, 2024, at Clyde Iron Works, 2920 West Michigan Street;
Park Point Community Club (Park Point Art Fair); June 29-30, 2024, at the Park Point Recreation Area;
Girl Scouts of MN & WI (Cookies on Tap); June 27, 2024, at 2122 West Superior Street, Suite 1.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for temporary on-sale liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their April 3 meeting.
