CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following brewery taproom license, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
Bent Paddle Brewing Company (Festiversary 2024) for May 18, 2024, at 1832 West Michigan Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of the Bent Paddle Brewing Company for a temporary expansion of the designated serving area associated with their brewery taproom license was reviewed by the police department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling & Tobacco Commission at their meeting on April 3, 2024, subject to departmental approvals.
